- In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Ordered-on-demand items: Require 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch. Different products can have slightly different lead times.
- Ireland & UK: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- EU: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Non - EU: 3 - 7 working days after dispatch.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Any customs duties or additional charges, where applicable, will be billed separately.
- The store is currently configured for EU and UK shipping only.
- Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
- MOQs are clearly listed on each product page.
- Orders must meet the MOQ to proceed to checkout.
- Address changes: Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout, as we may not be able to amend addresses once an order has been placed.
- Split shipments: Orders containing items with different lead times (in-stock and ordered-on-demand) may be shipped separately.
- Pre-approved products: All products are pre-approved and produced as shown. No artwork changes or proofs are required per individual order.
- Stock availability: Stock levels may change, and availability is subject to supplier stock at the time of ordering.
- Store access: The merch store is available to authorised H&MV Engineering employees only.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
